• Selling, transferring, or renting your account to another party is strictly prohibited.
• Using automated software or bots to play games is strictly prohibited.

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on Khelounity:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
• The payment method used for withdrawals must match the method used for the original deposit.
• Khelounity reserves the right to hold large withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.
• Depositing or withdrawing via a third-party bank account or payment method is prohibited.

• Every bonus carries a wagering requirement. Withdrawals from bonus funds will not be permitted until the relevant conditions have been met.
• Bonus balance and real balance are tracked separately.

• Once a bonus expires, any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• If Bonus Abuse is detected, all bonuses will be forfeited and the account will be suspended.

All game outcomes on Khelounity are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). No manipulation of any game result is possible.

• All games are regularly audited by independent third-party auditors.
• If a technical error affects a game outcome, the relevant round will be voided and the bet refunded.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are clearly stated within each game.
• If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection, the outcome will be determined based on Khelounity's server records.
• Using any software exploit or cheat in games is strictly prohibited.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on Khelounity. Violations will result in permanent account closure and any funds held may be forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Making a deposit using a fraudulent or stolen payment method.
• Attempting to hack the game system or carrying out any form of cyberattack.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Making false claims or engaging in fraudulent conduct in the name of Khelounity.
• Harassing or attempting to harm other members.
